Ape Object의 제품은 결제 이후 1 대 1 맞춤 제작이 진행되므로 제품의 하자가 있는 경우 외에는 반품을 불가하고 있습니다.
소비자 과실로 인해 손상된 제품이나 보증 기간이 종료된 제 품에 대한 교체/반품/손해 배상은 책임지지 않습니다. 수리가 가능한 경우 별도의 수리 비용을 측정합니다.
판매자 귀책(색상, 크기 등이 다른 상품의 배송, 제품의 하자)으로 인한 반품/교환을 제외한 상품 반송 비용은 고객님께서 부담하셔야 합니다.
수리/교환 및 피해 보상 의뢰 시에는 본 품질보증서를 첨부하시기 바랍니다.
제품은 공급받은 후 7 일 이내에 교환/반품이 요청이 가능하며 당사와 논의되지 않은 일방적 요청은 철회될 수 있습니다. 원칙적으로 서비스 요청은 이메일을 통해 먼저 접수되며, 신청 후 고객과 협의 후 서비스가 진행됩니다.

"Ape Object" was started in 2019 by sculptor Lee Jung-hyun in Seoul, Korea.
